Thank you for supporting our small business! Please note that at Scen Lorenzo, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at david@scenlorenzo.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will happily send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear.
